Under the supervision of the Director of Purchasing and Merchandising, the incumbent manages various marketing activities (flyers, price programs, and retail prices). He or she supervises various activities related to promotional management.
Responsabilities
- Monitor and control overall profitability.
- Prepare weekly simulations of promotional and regular margins.
- Produce various sales and profitability analyses.
- Ensure that margin targets are monitored.
- Execute and analyze the MRPV report.
- Establish and maximize business processes in your sector.
- Coordinate circular and sectoral promotions with all stakeholders and departments involved.
- Participate in the weekly Merchandising team meeting.
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Directors, including writing emails, creating PowerPoint presentations, preparing tables and reports, entering data, etc.
- Liaise and communicate between several departments, particularly Marketing, Marketing, and Operations.
- Prepare and send marketing communications to other departments.
- Write and compile reports.
- Perform other related duties.
Required skills
- College diploma in administration, marketing, or a similar field
- 2 years of experience in marketing or other relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written English
