Potato salad

Ingredients
- 1 can of miniature potatoes (28 oz)
- 30g of chopped parsley
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Sweet pepper
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion
- Sprinkle potatoes with onions, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Mix the salad
