Greek style fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup of greek feta cheese
  • 1 cup of kefalograviera cheese
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup candied tomatoes or grilled peppers
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic, stirring often, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add feta, kefalograviera, cornstarch, yogurt and parsley. Whisk in milk and cook until mixture the cheeses have melted.
  3. Remove from heat, then drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with the candied tomatoes or the grilled peppers and the olives.
  4. Serve with warm Greek flat bread.
