Oyster Gratin


24 oysters

Ingredients

  • 24 cleaned and opened oysters
  • 75 ml breadcrumbs
  • 50 ml melted butter
  • 15 ml green onions
  • 15 ml parsley
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 125 ml grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Place the open oysters on a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to broiler.
  3. Distribute the breadcrumbs over the oysters.
  4. Combine the butter, green onions, parsley and garlic.
  5. Place 2 ml of this mixture on each of the oysters.
  6. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the oysters.
  7. Grill for 4 minutes or until top is golden brown.
