Oyster Gratin
24 oysters
Ingredients
- 24 cleaned and opened oysters
- 75 ml breadcrumbs
- 50 ml melted butter
- 15 ml green onions
- 15 ml parsley
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 125 ml grated mozzarella
Preparation
- Place the open oysters on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to broiler.
- Distribute the breadcrumbs over the oysters.
- Combine the butter, green onions, parsley and garlic.
- Place 2 ml of this mixture on each of the oysters.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese over the oysters.
- Grill for 4 minutes or until top is golden brown.
