Ingredients

  • Store-bought or homemade fish stock
  • Saffron
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Shrimp
  • Salmon, tuna, monkfish cubes or red mullet fillets in pieces
  • Scallops
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour your fish stock in a saucepan.
  2. Add the saffron, garlic, green onions. Bring to boil.
  3. Pour into a caquelon. Prick your seafood and fish cubes and cook for five minutes.
  4. Serve with garlic croutons and a green salad.
