Ingredients
- Store-bought or homemade fish stock
- Saffron
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Shrimp
- Salmon, tuna, monkfish cubes or red mullet fillets in pieces
- Scallops
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Pour your fish stock in a saucepan.
- Add the saffron, garlic, green onions. Bring to boil.
- Pour into a caquelon. Prick your seafood and fish cubes and cook for five minutes.
- Serve with garlic croutons and a green salad.
