Baladi zucchini dip (Lib el Coussa)

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups baldi zucchini
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp dry mint
Preparation
- In a skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic and zucchini. Fry for 2 minutes
- Cover the pan and cook another 5 minutes on very low heat
- Add grenadine syrup and stir
- Remove from heat, add dried mint and serve with pita bread
