Mediterranean Royal porgy sea bream
1 Royal porgy sea bream
Ingredients
- 1 Royal porgy sea bream
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 greenhouse tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Empty and scale the sea bream.
- Wash the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
- Finely mince the onion and place in the bottom of the ovenproof dish.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Spread over the onions.
- Brush the fish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Garnish the inside of the sea bream with lemon slices, thyme, bay leaves, chopped garlic.
- Place the fish on the onion and tomato bed then add the chopped parsley.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
