Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken

Ingredients
- 400g fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts
- 50g butter
- 250ml heavy cream
- 100g grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Season and cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little oil, then slice them.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic.
- Add the cream, let it simmer, then stir in the Parmesan.
- Mix in the pasta and chicken, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
