Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken


Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 400g fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50g butter
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Season and cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little oil, then slice them.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic.
  4. Add the cream, let it simmer, then stir in the Parmesan.
  5. Mix in the pasta and chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
