Ingredients

  • 400g fusilli
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g walnuts or pine nuts
  • 100ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes, then blend it with garlic, nuts, oil, and Parmesan.
  3. Mix the sauce with the warm pasta.
  4. Serve with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
