Pasta with Broccoli Pesto

Ingredients
- 400g fusilli
- 1 head of broccoli
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g walnuts or pine nuts
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes, then blend it with garlic, nuts, oil, and Parmesan.
- Mix the sauce with the warm pasta.
- Serve with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
