Linguine with Calamari and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 400g linguine
  • 300g calamari rings
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 125ml dry white wine
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil and sauté the garlic.
  3. Add the calamari and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Deglaze with white wine, add tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss with the pasta, season, and add parsley before serving.
