Linguine with Calamari and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400g linguine
- 300g calamari rings
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 125ml dry white wine
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Heat olive oil and sauté the garlic.
- Add the calamari and cook for 2 minutes.
- Deglaze with white wine, add tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss with the pasta, season, and add parsley before serving.
