Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 50g fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g pine nuts
- 100g grated Parmesan
- 125ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Blend the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan with olive oil until smooth.
- Toss with the drained pasta.
- Serve with extra Parmesan and basil leaves.
