Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 50g fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 100g grated Parmesan
  • 125ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Blend the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan with olive oil until smooth.
  3. Toss with the drained pasta.
  4. Serve with extra Parmesan and basil leaves.
