Spanakopita (spinach and feta pie)

Ingredients
- 10 sheets of phyllo dough
- 500 g spinach
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g melted butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Sauté the onion and spinach in olive oil until the water evaporates.
- Add crumbled feta and beaten eggs.
- Butter a baking dish, layer phyllo sheets and the filling.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
