Ingredients
- 12 zucchini flowers
- 200 g ricotta
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- For the batter: 100 g flour, 150 ml cold sparkling water, Salt.
Preparation
- Mix the ricotta, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully stuff the zucchini flowers with the mixture.
- Prepare the batter by mixing flour, sparkling water, and a pinch of salt.
- Dip the flowers in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
