Greek style fondue

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup of greek feta cheese
- 1 cup of kefalograviera cheese
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup candied tomatoes or grilled peppers
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic, stirring often, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add feta, kefalograviera, cornstarch, yogurt and parsley. Whisk in milk and cook until mixture the cheeses have melted.
- Remove from heat, then drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with the candied tomatoes or the grilled peppers and the olives.
- Serve with warm Greek flat bread.
